COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Section on activities established to inform you, develop your network of contacts, and entertain you...

Our community environment is always in motion, alive and welcoming…

At the VFC (Valcartier Family Center), we offer you activities of all kinds! To make sure you are not missing anything, check out our calendar on a regular basis. Drop by anytime, our doors are always open!

Don’t forget that your project ideas and suggestions are always welcome and that you can also get involved as a volunteer.

Community Life Circle

Did you know that during VFC opening hours, it is possible for yourself and/or your family to come relax in our Community Life Circle? Designed and colourfully decorated by the volunteers of the Quality of Life Committee, invitations are sent out during the year to encourage people to visit this place.

Whether you are alone or accompanied by your children it is the perfect place to visit, chat with others and learn something new while the children play together in a secure environment.

"Café moulu"

Come and meet people while developing new talents! Every meeting has a particular theme and numerous workshops are available for you: sushi making, glass painting, flower branch wreath making and many other activities! Come and discover our themes, activities and food tastings. This activity is free of charge and exclusively for adults and children aged 12 and older. The youngest ones are welcomed in our play area.

Scrapbook your group

An activity of sharing and discussion coupled with scrapbooking, especially for the families of military members who have experienced, are currently experiencing or who will experience an extended period of absence.
