General Question

Are the VMFRC (Valcartier Military Family Resource Center) and the Army the same?

The VMFRC (Valcartier Military Family Resource Center) is a third sector and non-profit organization that provides, in cooperation with Valcartier military base’s authorities, support for the military community’s families through services and programs adapted to their needs. All of its employees are civilians and report ultimately to the Board of Directors, which is composed of volunteers from the community that were elected during the general assembly.
