SUPPORT FOR RESERVISTS’ FAMILIES AND THE MILITARY COMMUNITY OF EASTERN QUÉBEC

Section about the resources available for service members and their families living off the military base

Did you know that, besides the Sainte-Foy service point, the VFC services the whole Eastern part of the province of Québec, up to the Îles-de-la-Madeleine.

You don’t live on the military base?
You’re not alone!

If you live in Sainte-Foy or outside the greater Québec region, you can also take advantage of our services offered in the following regions:

Québec City
Charlevoix
Chaudières-Appalaches
Les Bois-Francs
La Mauricie
Le Bas St-Laurent
La Gaspésie/Les Iles de la Madeleine

All you have to do is call the Centre at the toll free number, and services will be made available in partnership with your region’s resources. These services will be customized to fit your needs.

A liaison officer will travel to meet you!

Three agents commit themselves for the military community. The first can be found at the Quartier générale des Fusiliers du St-Laurent in Rimouski.

The second can be found at the HMCS Radisson in Trois-Rivières.

The third can be found at the VValcartier Family Center and covers all sectors of Charlevoix, Chaudières-Appalaches and the Bois-Francs.

These three agents’ goals are to promote the VFC’s services, and to helplocal community organizations adapt some of their services, so that the people who need services don’t have to travel all the way to Valcartier to get them. They work closely with several of the VFC’s workers and make sure that you have access to quality services in the regions.
